Counselling services for adults in Singapore
MindEase Pro offers individual counselling — not group therapy, not medication management, and not emergency psychiatric care. Each service below describes common concerns we address and the type of support you can expect in session.
Anxiety and stress management
Chronic worry, muscle tension, sleep disruption, and difficulty concentrating often accumulate quietly during high-pressure work cycles or caregiving responsibilities. In anxiety-focused counselling, we map your triggers — presentations, crowded commutes, health scares, financial uncertainty — and identify thought patterns that amplify distress.
Sessions may include paced breathing exercises, gradual exposure planning for avoided situations, and cognitive restructuring to test whether feared outcomes are likely or habitual. We set realistic homework between meetings: a five-minute wind-down routine, a structured worry window, or a brief log of physical sensations. Progress is measured by functional change — sleeping more consistently, attending social events you previously skipped — rather than by eliminating anxiety entirely, which is neither realistic nor always desirable.
Anxiety counselling includes practical regulation skills you can use between sessions.
Life transitions and adjustment
Relocation to Singapore, promotion into leadership, redundancy, divorce, or the death of a parent can unsettle identity and daily rhythm. Transition counselling creates space to grieve what was lost, clarify what matters now, and experiment with new routines without rushing to "bounce back."
We explore values — family, autonomy, contribution, stability — and examine whether current choices align with them. For expatriates and returning residents, sessions may address cultural adjustment, isolation from extended family, and the pressure to appear settled when you still feel adrift. The aim is not to force positivity but to build a workable narrative for the next chapter.
Relationship and communication support
Recurring arguments, emotional withdrawal, or difficulty expressing needs can erode trust over years. Individual relationship counselling at MindEase Pro focuses on your patterns — avoidance, criticism, over-functioning — and practises assertive, non-blaming language you can use at home.
Joint sessions with a partner may be arranged by separate booking when both parties agree to attend; we do not provide couples therapy as a standing package. Workplace relationship strain — tension with managers, peer conflict, or burnout from boundary-less availability — is also within scope when discussed individually.
Grief work honours your pace — without fixed stages or pressure to move on quickly.
Grief, loss, and bereavement
Loss takes many forms: death of a loved one, miscarriage, end of a long relationship, or loss of health or mobility. Grief counselling honours uneven timelines — anger, numbness, guilt, and moments of relief may coexist. We avoid prescriptive stage models and instead track what you need each week: practical planning, memorial rituals, or simply being heard.
Session fees
Transparent pricing helps you plan without surprise charges. Fees are payable per session; we do not require upfront bundles.
